Unlike traditional barrel, these ones are fitted with stainless steel flask. That makes them easy to clean -just rinse off and the keg is again ready to be filled up with another drink, as metal flask doesn't absorb the drinks' flavours, so it doesn't transfer them to the others. Apart of its inside, the outside is still traditionally made solid oak keg. Every cask has four standard galvanised steel rings, brass tap and is complete with a wooden stand and bung.
